The PM Puzzle Competition Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: November 22nd, 2025

1. Competition Overview

The PM Puzzle ("Competition") is a skill-based game where participants can win a weekly prize of a $50 Mecca gift voucher by successfully completing daily PM Puzzle challenges throughout the week.

2. Eligibility

To enter the Competition, participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Be a resident of Australia
• Have a valid, active real estate industry email address (ending in a verified real estate agency domain)
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the Promoter
• Successfully complete at least one daily PM puzzle during the weekly entry period

3. Competition Period

• The Competition runs from November 22nd, 2025 to January 31st, 2026
• Each weekly entry period runs from Monday 12:00 AM AEST/AEDT to Friday 11:59 PM AEST/AEDT
• Participants can earn one (1) entry per day by completing the daily puzzle (maximum 5 entries per week)
• Total prize pool: $500 AUD (10 weekly prizes of $50 each)

4. How to Enter

To enter the weekly draw:

1. Access The PM Puzzle game at pmpuzzle.ailo.io
2. Register or log in using your valid real estate email address
3. Successfully complete the daily PM Puzzle
4. Each successful daily completion (Mon-Fri) earns one (1) entry into that week's draw

Entry Limitations:

• Maximum of one (1) entry per person per day
• Maximum of five (5) entries per person per week
• Multiple completions of the same daily puzzle will not result in additional entries
• Entries using non-real estate email addresses will be automatically disqualified
• Entries do not carry over to subsequent weeks

5. Prize Details

Weekly Prize: One (1) x $50 Mecca gift voucher

• Total weekly prize value: $50 AUD
• Total prize pool for entire competition: $500 AUD
• Maximum 10 prizes to be awarded during the competition period
• Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
• Gift vouchers are subject to Mecca's standard terms and conditions
• Vouchers have a 36-month validity period from date of issue

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected each Friday at 4:00 PM AEDT from all eligible entries received during that week
• Draw will be conducted at 215 Spring St Melbourne VIC 3000
• Winners will be notified via their registered email address within 48 hours of the draw
• Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize
• If a prize is unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted from remaining eligible entries from that week
• Winners may be required to verify their real estate industry employment

7. Prize Delivery

• Electronic gift vouchers will be sent to the winner's registered email address within 14 business days of prize acceptance
• The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in prize delivery due to incorrect email addresses or technical issues

8. Verification Requirements

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who:

• Submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms
• Tampers with the entry process or game mechanics
• Uses automated entry methods or scripts
• Provides false or misleading information

9. Privacy and Data Collection

By entering the Competition, participants consent to:

• Collection and use of their personal information for competition administration
• Receiving competition-related communications
• Having their first name and company (suburb/state) published if they win

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available at ailo.io/privacy

10. Intellectual Property

• All content within The PM Puzzle game remains the property of the Promoter
• Participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive licence to use their gameplay data for analytical and promotional purposes

11. Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition
• Participants indemnify the Promoter against any claims arising from their breach of these Terms
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, network congestion, or any factors beyond its control that may affect game play or prize delivery

12. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition at any time, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority
• The Competition will end on January 31st, 2026 or once all prizes have been awarded
• Any extension or future competitions will be subject to separate terms and conditions
• The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into
• Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia

14. Permit Numbers

No permits required - skill-based competition with total prize pool under $5,000 in all states and territories.

15. Tax Implications

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
